While Avengers mania is all set to kick in with the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron, we ask you who could star in the Indian version of the kickass superheroes flick

Indian cinema has always been fascinated by the idea of superhero movies. Be it recently released Emraan Hashmi’s Mr X or be it Mukesh Khana’s highly popular Superman imitation Shaktimaan, we as a society are a sucker for superheroes with superhuman powers. 

Over the years India has had its fair share of superheroes from Shah Rukh’s G One to Hrithik’s Krrish to Abhishek Bachchan’s Drona. But, never have these superheroes got together to fight evil, as these Marvel superheroes do in The Avengers. With just 4 days to go for the second installment of Avengers series to hit the screens, we ask you fans to pick your favourite Bollywood actors to star in the desi iteration of  Avengers.

Today, I am focusing on the wily fox in the Avengers team, Natalia Natasha Romanova aka Black widow. Played magnificently well by sexy Scarlett Johansson, Black Widow is known for her super-athletic skills, her ability to break free from any captivity, her assassination skills and of course her super hot body in black leather costume. Out of these four lovely ladies, who can step into Black Widow’s shoes in the Indian version of Avengers:

Priyanka Chopra

When it comes to an action oriented role which demands a lot of athleticism and sexiness, my mind automatically goes to  Priyanka Chopra. Peecee has been the epitome of girl power in the industry and has tried her hand in action more than any A-lister in B-town. The actress would look great in short hair, sporting a leather suit just like the Black Widow. And do I even need to say that Peecee is hot as hell.

Deepika Padukone

Here’s one actress who is a superhero in real life too. If you don’t believe me, look at the way Deepika has stood up for issues over the last few months. Other than her courage for speaking her mind out in public, Deepika has a slender figure to drool over and would look smoking hot in Black Widow’s leather suit. Also, Deepi is not new to action as she has proved her mettle as action star in films before.

Nargis Fakhri

Another model turned actress who would be prime contention for the role of Scarlett Johansson is Nargis Fakhri. This hottie boasts an hour glass figure and has made a name in the industry for her strict fitness regime. Thanks to her slender and fit body, Nargis would get my vote to pass off as desi Black Widow.

Jacqueline Fernandez

I have stated it too many times in this article that the leggy lass who could play Black Widow has to be athletic, slender and should have a body that can bend like a spring. All these qualities put together in one is Jacqueline Fernandez. Other than being super sexy, Jacqueline is a fitness freak and can be the perfect choice to play Black Widow in Indian version.
