Kissing onscreen has ceased to be an OMG! moment in Hindi films. In fact, there are stars who are bettering it by the day and we love them for that. After all, what is love without some PDA? But it seems Pakistani beauty Sadia Khan differs here and so, she refused to kiss Kapil Sharma (not to be mistaken with comedian-actor Kapil Sharma) during the shoot of Dunno Y2…Life Is A Moment.
Director Sanjay Sharma was canning a kissing scene for the film between Sadia and Kapil when the actress decided to behave weirdly. She refused to kiss the actor, making the director see red. He was even heard ruing that if Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit can do it, why can’t Sadia. A source in her defence explained her point of view. She feels that even in India, when actors indulge in kissing scenes, they face legal notices. She belongs to a much conservative nation like Pakistan and if this goes viral, it will be difficult to erase digitally and the bigoted lobbies will exploit it for eternity. But it seems there’s more than what meets the eye. The source later added cheekily that Sadia didn’t want to upset her boyfriend in Pakistan with a kiss on screen.
