9 heroines to scorch the screen in Kanni Raasi!

The director of Vaalu is set for his next entertainer Kanni Raasi with as many as 9 heroines of Kollywood

With shooting for Simbu-Hansika starrer Vaalu wrapped up, director Vijay Chander has set his eyes on a higher prize. The little birdie tells us that the filmmaker is now planning his next movie titled Kanni Raasi with nine heroines fighting for the limelight. Yes you heard right! Not one not two but a whopping nine Kollywood divas will be starring in this big budget entertainer.

Sources claim that the director is keen on roping in industry’s most popular babes of the likes of Trisha, Nayantara, Andrea and Anjali and is currently holding talks with these ravishing hotties. The makers of Kanni Raasi are said to be contacting other heroines in Tamil cinema and finalise the nine starlets who would rub shoulders with each other in the film.

Vijay Chander’s hero from Vaalu, Simbu aka STR is supposedly playing a cameo in the film with actor Jai and comedian Santhanam in the lead roles. The movie bosses are planning to start shooting this big budget entertainer in the month of October. Even though these sizzling ladies maintain that they are friendly with every one, a film set with nine heroines can cause unnecessary hassles and cat fights which can be a big headache to the director.

If the makers of Kanni Raasi manage signing in nine top heroines of Kollywood and complete the film without much tantrums, we would give them a standing ovation for pulling of this mean feat. For now all we can say to the director Vijay Chander is GOOD LUCK!
