The warring duo of Bollywood is all set to face each other very soon
Everyone knows that Ranbir Kapoor and Salman Khan prefer to maintain safe distance from each other for the obvious reason. But what if we say that the warring duo is all set for a face-off. Well, not on the silver screen, but on the football field. Don’t adjust your eyes. You read that right!
Yes, Salman and Ranbir have bagged the franchisee rights for Pune and Mumbai teams respectively in the eight-team based inaugural professional and customised football league – Indian Super League (ISL). And here are three reasons why we think that this face-off between Sallu and Ranbir will be something worth watching…
First, of course, is their jaani dushmani. And the credit goes only to one person – Katrina Kaif. Now, we don’t wish to get into those details here coz the entire universe knows what happened between the trio. But then if you see Katrina, cheering for her alleged boyfriend Ranbir’s team, don’t be surprised. As for Salman, he certainly has his Jai Ho co-star Daisy Shah, his Kick co-star Jacqueline Fernandez or maybe his alleged Romanian girlfriend, Iulia Vantur to cheer for his football team, hai na? Wink, wink!
Secondly, Ranbir is an emerging star in B-town. He has been giving many senior actors a run for their money with his stellar performances. So will he continue his dominance on the football field as well? Well, you never know.
And lastly, we will see a cheer fest happening between Salman and Jr RK’s fans. Those loud cheers and those billboards with those quirky and competitive messages would be absolutely something worth watching for. What say BollywoodLifers?
