Deepika Padukone is HP’s new Brand Ambassador

The computer giant Hewlett Packard (HP) has launched two new tablet computers HP Slate6 VoiceTab and HP Slate7. India is the first market where the two tablets were launched and to make sure they have high sales; HP has roped in the hot and sexy Deepika Padukone to endorse them.


The tablet series are slim and light with voice calling capability, powered by a quad-core processor, running on Android 4.2.2 (Jellybean) operating system, and offer 3G connectivity with dual SIM convenience. HP Slate6 VoiceTab (15.2 cm) diagonal and HP Slate7 VoiceTab (17.8 cm) diagonal come with entertainment features like dual front firing stereo speakers, front and rear HD cameras and so on. They have 16GB built in storage, expandable to 32GB via microSD card.


Rajiv Srivastava, the Vice-President and General Manager of the organisation said, “India’s next generation needs next generation tools – these tablets are designed for millennials who multitask, and want to stay connected all the time.
