What it’s about: Shaandaar is a cute and quirky love story set against the backdrop of a destination wedding. Shahid is Jagjinder Joginder, or JJ, a wedding planner who has been hired to plan Alia’s sister’s wedding. Pankaj Kapur plays a protective father determined to keep his daughter away from the man that she is totally falling for. Will love succeed? We’ll have to wait to find out. However, we aren’t too sure exactly what is going on here since JJ is very clear about “aisa kuch nahi hoga”.
Why you shouldn’t miss this one: One of 2015’s most awaited releases, Shaandaar promises to be funny, romantic and lots of fun. We’re loving Shahid and Alia’s chemistry as well as all the face-offs between Shahid and Pankaj. Watch Shaandaar for Shahid and Alia (they’re so cute, and good looking!), Pankaj Kapur’s quirkiness and Sushma Seth’s adorable head-of-the-clan act. Sanjay Kapoor is making a comeback with this film and it looks very promising.
