The Exotic babe has ended her shoot with ABC for her new international show…
Priyanka Chopra was in America for the last two months shooting for her upcoming ABC show Quantico. She is playing an FBI trainee named Alex Parrish (the makers changed her last name from Weaver to Parrish) who is half-Caucasian and half-Indian. The show is a big deal for PC as it is her first international show. It is a step forward in cementing her position as a global icon.
PC has kept her fans updated almost daily about the progress of her show. She recently tweeted that the shooting of the show is over and that she is aboard a plane to get back to Mumbai. Once she is back in the city she will resume shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. About the wrap up of Quantico, PC tweeted, “And it’s a wrap! #Quantico pilot shoot is over! Hope we get picked up! Loved played Alex Parrish! Thx team!” She also tweeted a picture of herself with her Quantico crew and captioned it as, “The powerpuff girls with the guys who gave us superpowers!Producer Nick Pepper,writer Josh Safran@thejohannabraddy @jazmasri #Quantico”
PC is back to Bollywood for now and for the coming months she will be concentrating on her films. If the ABC network picks up Quantico’s pilot episode and decides to make it into a proper show, PC will be a member of the lead cast and will shoot for the show and continue her Bollywood assignments simultaneously.
