Ugly trailer: Anurag Kashyap’s thriller is as dark and gritty as it gets!

It may not be the Gangs of Wasseypur director’s most ambitious project, but it certainly is one of his most special films…

After a long delay Anurag Kashyap’s Ugly is finally about to hit theatres on December 26, which is a week after Aamir Khan’s PK hits the theatres.

The film stars Rahul Bhat, Ronit Roy and Tejaswini Kolhapure in the lead roles. It also stars Surveen Chawla, Vineet Singh, Shraddha Kapoor’s brother Siddhanth Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film is a dark thriller revolving around a kidnapping case inspired by a true story. We are intrigued by the second trailer even more!

Ugly has already received critical appreciation as it has been showcased at a variety of film festivals. But the film which was scheduled for release last year got delayed due to Anurag Kashyap’s long battle with the Censor Board over the ‘smoking is injurious to health’ message issue. The fight continues but Kashyap has decided to release the film which we all are eagerly waiting for. Check out the second trailer of Ugly right here!
