Actor and scriptwriter Amitosh Nagpal, who debuted with Dabangg and later seen in films like Rangrezz and Aarakshan, is now geared up for his next film Besharam, directed by Abhinav Kashyap. In his latest, Amitosh plays a meaty role – the second besharam and actor Ranbir Kapoor’s friend.
The actor, in a recent interview with a popular newspaper shares his shooting experience, the amount of hard work he put into the film, his bond with the Kapoor family and his old memories. The young actor seemed awestruck shooting with Neetu Kapoor, who plays one of the cops in the movie.
Apparently, every character in the film has a trademark accent. Though Amitosh did not face much problem, the rest of the cast were getting theirs right. Everyone expect him used to discuss about their accents and only accents.
He says, “The whole experience of shooting with Neetuji was great. Uske baad woh mujhse accent ke baare mein poochhti thi toh main toh humiliate ho jata tha. After any take, she used to joke and ask, accent theek tha na, Amitosh?”
Besharam is set to hit theaters on 2 October.
