Who would have thought that a brilliant young director of Dil Chahta Hai would go to become a great actor as well? That’s Farhan Akhtar for you. The actor’s lady luck is still running strong with his sixth film as an actor, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
After winning accolades and several awards for the Bio-pic, Farhan won two awards for his stunning performance in the movie on sunday night. He won Best Actor at the Jagran Film Festival Awards 2013. On the very night, her was also adjuged the best at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2013. Farhan ensured that he personally received the award. Spotted along with the filmmaker-actor-singer were Milkha Singh, the athlete on whose life the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is on, and the film’s director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra who also won an award.
Congratulations to Farhan on his double win! Farhan Khan has been roped in for the sequel of his debut film Rock On!! He will also be filming opposite Vidya Balan in Shaadi Ke Side Effects. We sure are looking forward for it!
