As Ajay Devgn prepares for the release of Drishyam, the actor is getting pretty candid and is speaking his mind without any reservations. Considering that Ajay almost never talks (especially in a tell-all way), this is kind of a big deal.
During a recent interview, Ajay was asked about his thoughts on Shivaay clashing with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil at the box office next year. Starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is one of 2016’s most talked about and awaited releases. The actor made it very clear that he is “not afraid” of clashes. In fact, he “loves” such occasions because they motivate him to work harder.
“We are all friends. We all have our own zone and space where we feel comfortable working in. Ultimately, there has been so much of work in the industry and I’ve been working in it for almost 25 years now. So, we don’t cross each other’s space”, Ajay said. Yup, he made things pretty clear.
Ajay thinks that “it’s a fair call” when some films clash and it is bound to happen. At the end of the day, he believes that films that have a good script will work no matter what. “I’m not afraid of it”, he doesn’t fail to assert.
We are now waiting for Nishikant Kamat’s Drishyam to release, which promises to be a mind-blowing psychological thriller. Ajay and Tabu are all set to deliver electrifying performances and we can’t wait to watch them!
