Jodha is about to make the toughest decision of her life
In the last episode of Jodha Akbar, we saw how the differences between Salim (Ravi Bhatia) and Murad are increasing. While Jalal has asked Salim to follow Murad’s command inteh war, the latter’s inexperience is intolerable to Salim. The two are seen planning the war strategy with Daniyal and Qutub. Salim makes changes in Murad’s strategy since it was flawed. This leads to another ego clash between the two and they end up fighting.
Hamida sees her grandsons fighting and is worried about it. She then decides to approach Jodha (Paridhi Sharma) and request her to convert to Islam. She convinces her that the conversion will not only save her own sons from falling apart, but also save the nation from the wrath of a war.
Meanwhile, Daniyal goes to Salim to inform him how Murad was sorry about becoming Sasha and was going to return the crown. But when Salim insulted Murad in front of everybody, he backed out. Daniyal also warns him against meeting Anarkali since Salim is engaged to be married to Daniyal’s friend Mann Bai. Salim confesses his love for Anarkali and expresses his helplessness in the matter.
Later at night, Jodha makes up her mind to convert to Islam without informing Jalal (Rajat Tokas). She apologises to the idol of Lord Krishna for having to do this.
The upcoming episode will see Jodha dressed in green like a Muslim lady geariing up for her conversion. She’s tensed and in two minds about what she’s about to do. When Hamida asks her if she’s ready, Jodha merely nods.
What will haapen now? Will this sort thing out for Salim? And what about Jalal? He’s always been adamant on Jodha not changing her religion. How will he react on finding this out? Too much to find out… so stay tuned!
