Is Sonakshi Sinha More Fond Of Katrina Than Deepika?

Sonakshi Sinha’s statements have been making us wonder if she’s taking more risks than she can afford. She’s again hit the headlines for publicly declaring that she’s in ‘awe’ of Katrina Kaif’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds. The Dabangg beauty who hasn’t visited the museum yet to see Kat’s statue reportedly said, “I am happy my colleague Katrina Kaif got a wax statue at Madame Tussauds. Hope I, too, get a wax statue one day.”

Contrary to her (rather pleasant) affection for Kat, Sonakshi seems not so fond of Deepika Padukone – on whom she came down heavily recently. Trigger? The women empowerment video by Vogue of which Deepika is the face.

While Sonakshi maintained that she hasn’t seen the video titled My Choice, she criticized Deepika for failing to reach out to women who really need empowerment. She said that even though Deepika’s video is straight from the heart, the video fails to dwell on the kind of content suitable for women in remote villages.

She said, “I feel that it is not always about whom you want to have sex with and the kind of clothes you wear. It is about employment, strength and stuff like that. So it is a good initiative but I think it needs to reach out to people who actually need it, the deep ends of society.”

By these extreme opinions on her rivals, competitors and even friends, many are left wondering if Sonakshi Sinha is making her preferences apparent.
