IPL 2015: Is Shah Rukh Khan’s absence unlucky for his team Kolkata Knight Riders?

King Khan gave the last match a miss due to his work commitments

The eighth edition of IPL is on full swing. Yesterday’ match saw Shah Rukh Khan’s team, Kolkata Knight Riders playing against Royal Challengers Bangalore and quite a match it was! SRK, who was seen cheering his team at the first match with his daughter Suhana and sons Aryan and AbRam, had claimed that he would be there for his team in all the matches. But his work commitment came in the way…

The actor was busy working on his next in Delhi and took to Twitter to express his regret. His tweet read, “In Delhi for launch of Mahagun projects. Will miss my KKR boys. Edenites shout loud enuff to make up for my absence,” he posted on Twitter. But looks like it wasn’t loud enough since KKR lost to RCB by 3 wickets.

In their previous match on April 8 (also the first match of the season), KKR had a 7 wicket victory over Mumbai Indian. So applying the Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli law to this situation, we can easily say that SRK’s presence is lucky for his team, right?
