According to grapevine, Rani Mukerji will soon move into the bungalow diagonally opposite cousin sister Kajol’s after her marriage to Aditya Chopra. Kajol’s husband and superstar Ajay Devgan and YRF top boss Aditya Chopra are neighbours. This makes Rani and Kajol soon-to-be-neighbours. But the two cousins have no love lost for each other.

In their childhood, these two Bengali sirens didn’t share great vibes. A family source reportedly said, “Even as a child, Kajol was always closer to Rani’s elder brother Raja and Tanisha was friendlier with Rani.”

Kajol and Rani have never publicly disagreed or had cat fights, but their obvious distance from each other over the years (not forget common friends like Karan Johar, Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan) the two cousins have always maintained a publicly cordial but distant relationship. Sources revealed that they face each other only at the annual family affair during Durga Pooja.

However, destiny has its own plans for the two sisters. What remains to be seen is that will they get any closer than before after Rani moves in next to Kajol or if they will continue to ignore each other.
