Now, she will star in Abhishek Chaubey’s Udta Punjab along with Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film deals with the issue of drug trafficking in Punjab and Alia will play the role of a drug addict.
The young starlet is reportedly under pressure from fans and industry big-wigs who have put their faith in her to deliver yet another phenomenal performance in her upcoming film.

Reportedly, the makers of the film insist that her makeup should be such that is convincing of a drug addict. The characters played by Shahid and Kareena remain undisclosed. But from what we know, while Shahid is sporting a bohemian look Bebo’s a working woman.
