Yesterday, we saw Sanjay Gupta tweet this about his upcoming film Jazbaa:
Needless to say, we could barely contain our excitement. We had just about managed to digest the news when Sanjay decided to break our hearts by declaring that this revelation was nothing but an elaborate April Fool’s Day prank. We’re definitely not liking this!
Had this bit of news been true, Abhi would have been the second doting husband to have reportedly agreed to do a cameo in his wife’s comeback film.
Recently, reports of Ajay Devgn making a special appearance in Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale have been making rounds. Slated for a Christmas 2015 release, Dilwale is not only Kajol’s comeback film but also that of the super popular Kajol-Shah Rukh Khan on-screen jodi. Ajay’s presence would make things so much better!
Okay, so no Abhi in Ash’s upcoming venture. That’s sad, yes, but doesn’t make us want to watch Jazbaa any less. Not only is the beauty queen coming back to the big screen after very long, we have been promised that we’ll get to see her in a never-before avatar. Aishwarya is playing a very kick-ass role and has reportedly undergone strenuous training to prepare for it.
Sanjay Gupta’s Jazbaa will hit the theatres on October 09, 2015.
While we wait for the film’s release, we must grudgingly say this – well played, Sanjay, well played.
