Rajinikanth to star in AR Murugadoss’ next?

Rumour has it that superstar is all set to collaborated with Kaththi filmmaker

Rajinikanth had two releases last year – Kochadaiiyaan and Lingaa. These two flicks of Thalaiva were undoubtedly the biggest films of 2014, but unfortunately both the films were mired into controversies. While Rajinikanth is still reeling from the aftermath of Lingaa distributors strike, we hear that the stylish superstar has moved on to his next project.

A little birdie tells us that Rajinikanth has given his consent to star in a AR Murugadoss flick. If rumours are to be believed, then producer Aascar Ravichandran seems to have met Rajini at his residence and has convinced the superstar to do a film with ace filmmaker AR Murugadoss. Rajini has not signed any film after Lingaa and if all goes well we might see Thalaiva’s style in Murugadoss’ direction.

Currently the Kaththi filmmaker is busy with the Hindi remake of Mounaguru starring Sonakshi Sinha in the lead. So, the rumoured project between Rajini and Murugadoss is not expected to go on floors any time soon. After the kind of allegations hurled at him by the Lingaa distributors, everyone thought that Rajinikanth will be wary of signing a film any time soon, but if rumours are to be believed Rajini might be soon seen in a Murugadoss flick.
