After an extensive shoot schedule in Kashmir, the cast and crew of Fitoor are currently completing a major part of the film in Delhi. During the shoot, however, there was a small accident on the sets of the film.
Apparently, Katrina Kaif was supposed to drive a convertible in one of the scenes of the film. But without realizing that one of the doors of the car is open, Katrina started driving it with a camera set in front of it. Suddenly, the crew's attention turned towards the sound of loud crash when the opened door of the car had smashed into one of the walls. Recollecting the incident, Katrina mentioned that she was taken aback by the sudden turn of events but it was Aditya Roy Kapur's behavior that left her mighty surprised. Terming her co-star Aditya as a 'method' actor, Kat added that while the entire crew was concerned of her safety, he (Aditya) continued to complete the scene ignoring the whole incident so that he could provide a good shot to Abhishek Kapoor (the director) in case he needed it.
Fitoor also stars Rekha, Lara Dutta, Talat Aziz, Aditi Rao Hydari, Akshay Oberoi and Ajay Devgn in a cameo. Produced by UTV, the film is an adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic, 'Great Expectations' and is slated to release on February 12, 2016.
