Vir Das has always been associated with hilarious and funny videos. Apart from his stand up jigs, he also is a part of a band which makes funny songs. The band is called Alien Chutney. Most of the songs that this band performs are topical and pinch the audience at a specific point to make them ponder. The super funny actor has taken up another burning issue and turned that into a song. The topic being none other than the censor boards’s word-ban controversy.
The song titled The Indian Censor Board Ode is not just hilarious but also super fun to watch. The song’s lyrics and video profess time and again that they are not using any words that are there in the list of banned words. Vir has very skillfully used words and story ideas which hint towards the same but don’t actually use any thing from that infamous list.
