Not paying 17-year old in Fan and no 17 stars in Rohit Shetty’s next, clears Shah Rukh Khan

The actor is perplexed at number 17 being thrown at him from all sides

For a while now, reports have been doing rounds that Shah Rukh Khan will be seen essaying a double role in his upcoming YRF venture, Fan where he will be seen opposite model Waluscha De Sousa. While one role will see him being a superstar, the other will see King Khan respiring the role of a 17-year old boy. Rumour mills have also been abuzz with the news of 17 stars being cast in SRK’s film with Rohit Shety which will see the return of the iconic SRK-Kajol jodi.

The actor, who wondered how the number 17 came to be sprung upon him from all sides, took to Twitter to diss both rumours. His tweet read, “And the number 17 where has this come from in one press con I did?! 17 stars In Rohit’s film & I am 17 yrs old in Fan…both not true.”

The actor then clarifies further what he had actually said in the press con. His next tweet read, “Got it! In a generic sense I said I cld b 17 yrs with techno in my nxt film in context of age centric casts so casting wl b character based.”

The actor is currently busy with his show on &TV, India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun!
