The Life OK show has been getting rave review by viewers for the brilliant casting, storyline and the special effects
Producer– director Arvind Babbal is indeed leaving no stone unturned to make his project look like an international show with the best of its kind special effects and graphics. The current track which showcases a library sequence has actually been shot using CG graphics which have never been used on Indian television before.
After shooting the entire sequence on croma it is then digitally worked upon to create realistic background that works in accordance with the fantasy fiction show. The approach to the show has been at par with Hollywood films and daily soaps; there is extensive research, pre-visulatization and more with top end multiple cameras being used to get the best output.
When we asked producer Arvind Babbal about the challenges of CG he says, “Initially I was nervous and hence, took my time in the research and conceptualisation. CG scenes are time consuming but the outcome is on a different level and hence we continue to tread on a territory which is unseen on television so far. The feedback from the audiences for Gautam Rode’s Mahakumbh has been tremendous and we hope to keep incorporating new techniques into the show.”
