Anirudh Ravichander to score music for Suriya’s Singam 3

After churning out chartbusters for Dhanush and Vijay, the Kolaveri Di composer will be scoring tunes for Anjaan actor for the first time

2014 has been spectacular for Kollywood’s musical sensation Anirudh Ravichander. Not only did the young composer score music for two big films – Dhanush’s VIP and Vijay’s Kaththi, but he managed to deliver some foot tapping chart busters with these albums. After composing for superstars like Vijay and Dhanush, Anirudh will now compose music for Kollywood’s heartthrob Suriya.

We hear that Kolaveri Di music director has been roped in to score music for Suriya’s Singam 3, the third installment from Hari’s Singam franchise. A little while ago, we had reported you how Anirudh lost the chance of composing music for Ajith’s next film to GV Prakash. This high profile project is sure to cheer up the young and super talented music director.

A source close to the film unit said,” After completing Masss and 24, Suriya will move on to Singam 3 later this year. The story of the film will be entirely different from the previous two films. Anirudh has been signed on to compose music for this action-packed film.”

With Anirudh on board, I expect the music of Singam 3 to be rocking. Can Anirudh deliver yet another Selfie Pulla for Suriya?
