Should Karishma Tanna have broken up with her boyfriend on national television?

The Bigg Boss Halla Bol contestant needs to rethink the way she lets men down in her life…

Karishma Tanna‘s new-found romance with ex- Bigg Boss 8 contestant Upen Patel meant that she had to show her boyfriend outside the house the exit door from her life.

Throughout her stay in Bigg Boss 8, Karishma kept reiterating how she has a serious relationship outside the house and how she doesn’t want to do anything inside the house that might jeopardize her relationship. Ms Tanna was also tagged as selfish and matlabi for making statements like “main yahan game khelne aayi hoon relationships banane nahi” Not so long before Bigg Boss 8′s end Karish firmly told Upen Patel to not be over-possessive about her. But everything went for a toss as Bigg Boss Halla Bol began!

Not only did she suddenly develop feelings for Upen she even flushed her “steady relationship” with her boyfriend Rushabh Choksi in the most absurd fashion down the toilet! Looking at the way she broke up so unceremoniously, I thought of how Joe Jonas had broken up with Taylor Swift over an infamous 27-second long phone call which subjected the Jonas Brothers artist to a lot of backlash.

Now similar backlash and hate is going to come Ms Tanna’s way because say what you will, ending a serious relationship on National Television and engaging in PDA with the guy you’ve moved on to in low, even lower than Rakhi Sawant’s standards.

I think that Karishma’s boyfriend Rushabh least of all, deserved a phone call from his girlfriend not watching his girlfriend end things with him via his TV! So before proudly declaring that Upen might be ‘the one’, Karishma should have had that last conversation with her ex to not leave things hanging.

But then again, that might be just my opinion. Tell me what you think of Karishma and Upen’s relationship? Should Karisma have broken up with her boyfriend via a reality show?
