Shahid Kapoor’s performance in Haider is better than Aamir Khan’s in PK, say fans!

We conducted a poll recently, asking you to vote for the better performer. Shahid, the winner, takes it all!

Along with Kangana Ranaut’s stellar performance in Queen followed by Priyanka Chopra’s memorable act in Mary Kom, this year saw leading men Shahid Kapoor and Aamir Khan give B-town actresses a tough fight. Where Shahid’s twisted and dark rendition in Haider left a long lasting impression on the minds of many, Aamir Khan took up a cozy corner in several hearts as the lovable Bhojpuri speaking alien in PK. BollywoodLife conducted a poll recently, asking you peeps to vote for the better performer. The results are here and Shahid has made a sweeping victory with staggering 86% votes! Much to our surprise, Aamir was allotted the second position with a disappointing 14 % votes in the poll. We expected both the actors to have a neck and neck competition but Shahid as Haider has clearly made an impact much stronger than Aamir Khan as PK.

We believe Shahid’s monologue in Haider, has changed the game for him. Not only was it one of the most memorable dialogue sequences pulled off by the actor, but the sheer brilliance and ease with which Sasha narrated it was powerful and influential.
