Salman Khan blackbuck poaching case: Supreme Court asks the actor to approach the High Court if he feels aggrieved!

Looks like the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor won’t be getting a stay on his conviction anytime soon…

Salman Khan made a plea in the Rajasthan High Court regarding a stay on his conviction last year. Supreme Court told Salman back then that the law cannot be different for celebrities and commoners, and that he cannot be granted any urgent relief.

And now we hear that the apex court stands firm on its decision. The SC has asked Salman to approach the High Court again in case he feels aggrieved in the entire blackbuck poaching case but the decision to stay his conviction has been set aside.

The apex court has quashed Salman’s plea for stay on conviction and sent the case back to the High court. The Supreme Court Bench has also condemned Rajasthan HC for giving Salman special treatment due to his star status.

Salman was reportedly sentenced to 5 years in prison and it would also affect his right to travel abroad.
