MS Dhoni meets good friend John Abraham after his controversial Test exit!

John and Dhoni met up immediately after the latter’s much talked about exit from Test cricket

Mahendra Singh Dhoni and John Abraham are thick friends. Even before MSD became the captain of Indian cricket team he shared a bond with the Dostana actor. It seems that despite their respective busy schedules these two hunks found time to bond. Dhoni met John and duo went out for a three day outing recently. We hear this trip was soon after the Indian skipper announced his retirement from Test cricket. After which, Anushka Sharma’s beau Virat Kohli stepped in as the captain.

Dhoni received a lot of flak for this announcement as it came after the non-performance of the Indian team during the recent India-Australia series. We wonder if John planned this trip for a pep-talk with his dost. Or was it Mahi’s idea to chill out with his buddy.

For those of you who are not aware Dhoni was a huge John fan and even emulated his famous Dhoom hair do on field. Not to forget the busy cricketing star always takes time out to be at John’s filmi dos. No wonder then that he shares a good bond with John’s ex-girlfriend actress Bipasha Basu too. And even when rumours of a biopic on Ranchi’s poster boy were doing rounds, everybody was sure that John would play the title role, which the actor denied ultimately.
