After making an offending remark at the superstar during Kochadaiiyaan release, RGV has taken on the Lingaa actor yet again. Find out what controversy king Ramu is upto these days…
No filmmaker would like to be talked about for his controversies rather than his films. But for director Ram Gopal Varma, controversies seem to be bread and butter, as he has hogged the limelight all year with his sensational tweets and comments. After churning out a series of mediocre flicks in 2014, Ramu has resorted to objectionable statements to stay afloat in the news.
After offending a big list of people which includes Rajinikanth, Sridevi and followers of Lord Ganesh, the Satya filmmaker has taken on superstar Rajinikanth yet again. But this time around RGV has been little careful not to infuriate Rajini fans yet again.
Recently, Ramu watched the splendid trailer of Shankar’s I and this is what he had to say on Twitter, “I was a super huge fan of Rajnikant but now I shifted my loyalty to Shanker. My prediction Is that “I” collections on first day will be bigger than “Lingaa” nd that’s why I say Shanker is bigger than Rajnikant”.
If you are clever enough to read between the lines, you can make out that RGV seems to be having a strong dislike for Rajinikanth and is using the statement ‘I am a huge fan of Rajnikant’, as a buffer so that he doesn’t offend Rajini fans yet again. After creating a ruckus on Twitter all year, finally RGV seems to be mellowing down his intensity. But with his films bombing at box office, Ramu just can’t let go of his attention seeking antics online. As they say old habits die hard.
