Prabhas’ Baahubali to release on April 2015?

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus is expected to finally hit the screens next year

It’s been more than two years since the inception of Prabhas-Anushka Shetty-Rana Daggubati- Tamannaah starrer Baahubali . But neither the man-in-charge, director SS Rajamouli, nor his committed team have slacked one bit and have been tirelessly working night and day to dish out a visual spectacle for their fans.

The historical film, which is touted to be released in two parts, is supposed to be made on a whopping budget of Rs 150 crore. The film has faced a lot of roadblocks, in form of the leading man Prabhas’ injury and post production issues, that had left the fans in anxiety as to whether Baahubali will see the light in 2015. But looking at the new set of posters released, which has 2015 inscribed at the bottom, it seems like Baahubali is ready to hit the big screen next year.

A little birdie tells us that the tentative release date of first part of Baahubali is 17 April, 2015. And if all goes well, the second part will also hit the screens by the end of 2015. With the end of cricket world cup and year end exams, we think releasing the film on April is a master stroke by SS Rajamouli. We hope that Baahubali releases this summer as expected, giving great joy to fans all over the world who are eagerly waiting to catch the film on the big screen.
