The makers of PK bought the infamous transistor for just Rs 227 then how is it worth Rs 1.5 crore? Read on to know…
Aamir Khan grabbed headlines when the first poster of his much-awaited film PK was unveiled. The versatile actor went nude and hid his modesty with a transistor placed strategically. Not only Khan’s bold avatar shocked many, the nude poster also became the butt of jokes on internet. And if the latest grapevine is true then we are pretty sure Aamir’s transistor will become the hottest topic of discussion everywhere. Well, we hear an online auction site is willing to shell out Rs 1.5 crore for the transistor which the makers bought from Chor Bazaar for Rs 227 only. While talking to a leading tabloid, a spokesperson said, “We have been offered a lot of money for the transistor.”
However, Mr Perfectionist isn’t to keen on selling his transistor. A source told the same tabloid, “Aamir feels that something so integral and important to his character shouldn’t be given away.”
While the amount being offered for the transistor is humongous, what’s even more interesting is that someone else is also eyeing the precious boombox. Well, we are talking about PK’s leading lady Anushka Sharma. Apparently, the leggy beauty has personally asked Aamir and director Rajkumar Hirani to let her keep the transistor as a token of remembrance.
Though Kiran Rao’s hubby is the male protagonist in PK, for now, wethinks its the transistor who is the hero!
