Veteran actor and bollywood’s favourite bad guy of the 90′s and late 2000′s, Sadashiv Amrapurkar passes away yesterday at 64. It was a lung infection that took his life as he lost his battle to it after fighting with it for a few days after getting admitted into the Kokilabein Dhirubai Ambani hospital of Mumbai
Sadashiv Amrapurkar is survived by three daughters, three son-in-laws and grandchildren. It was at around 2 45 in the night of Sunday that the man breathed his last from what his daughter Rima Amrapurkar told the media.
His cremation will be at Ahmed Nagar which happens to be his home, before which it will be kept at the Bhaidas auditorium for fans and friends to come over and pay their last respects to him.
After acting in quite a lot of films as the stereotypical bollywood villian in the 90′s, the last that he appeared on big screen was in 2013 with Bombay Talkies in which his role was like a fitting good-bye to all his years in the Indian cinema…
