Remember the prisoner from Great Expectations who helps the lead character Philip? Ajay Devgan has just been roped in to play that role! For those of you who did not know, Abhishek Kapoor is making his own version of Great Expectations as Fitoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor is going to play the lead in it and now, to already incredible cast of Katrina Kaif and Rekha, Ajay Devgan has just been added.
And who better than Ajay Devgan to play the rugged, rude and mysterious criminal who escapes from jail and later helps the lead? Apparently, that’s what he thought too and gave the nod immediately but it all needs to be confirmed officially as yet.
This is what a source says on Ajay Devgan being in Fitoor, “Ajay responded with interest to Gattu’s (as he is fondly called) narration and gave his verbal consent, but hasn’t signed the film yet.”
Fitoor meanhwile, is yet to take off in Kashmir and it will all begin very very soon!
