Huma Qureshi to star in Telgu remake of Kangana Ranaut’s Queen

The Ek Thi Daayan actress has been roped in to play the lead in Tollywood remake of the film

Queen is one of most adored films of the year. It has taken Kangana Ranaut’s career to a whole new level. So you would think any actress would grab the chance to do a remake of the film, right? Wrong! Kaajal Agarwal of Singham fame was offered the role in the Telegu remake of the film but she drove away the producers by quoting a humongous amount.

Now the Dedh Ishqiya actress, Huma Qureshi has been signed for the role. And she is too excited about it. Well you know what they say, one’s loss is another’s treasure.

It would indeed be interesting to see how Ms Qureshi fits into Kangana’s shoes. What say BollywoodLifers?
