Though the Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang! is making waves at the box-office, one certainly cannot deny the fact that this official remake of Knight and Day – directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Fox Star Studios – hasn’t exactly got the raves from critics. However, it looks like Siddharth and Hrithik are on a mission to silence their detractors.
Talking to Bollywood Celebden, Hrithik says, “Siddharth is of the opinion that films that have crossed Rs 100 crore mark in the history of Hindi cinema has got mixed reviews. I respect critics and their reviews of my films. In the past, some reviews have made me feel like I’m a Greek god and other flattering words but those films didn’t make money. So, as an actor, you’ve got to do all kinds of films.”
He goes on, “You do some films to make critics happy, some to make everyone happy and some to make yourself happy. It’s impossible to please everyone at the same time.”
