Vikram’s I avoids clash with Vijay’s Kaththi!

Rumour has it that director Shankar has postponed the release of his magnum opus, which was supposed to hit the screens this Diwali

Festivals have always been merry time for movie buffs as big films have clashed time and again in the past, each vying to grab your attention. This Diwali was supposed to be no different with three big films taking on one another at box office. Vijay’s Kaththi, Vikram’s I and Vishal’s Poojai were slated to lock horns during the festival of lights. But it looks like there is a slight change of plans for Shankar’s I.

Grapevine has it that director Shankar has decided to delay the release of his sci-fi thriller to a later date citing post production issues. We hear that the film has been pushed to a later date due to the remaining song sequence that is to be shot and the VFX involved in the post production.

This might disappoint the fans as the splendid teaser of I had generated quite a buzz across the nation, and everyone was looking forward for the mega clash between Vijay’s Kaththi and Vikram’s I at the box office. Keep your fingers crossed until we get an official confirmation from makers of I.
