The Thuppakki babe was supposed to star in actor-producer’s next venture. Find out what led to the fall out between them!
Kajal Aggarwal is making headlines yet again for all the wrong reasons. The Jilla gal was in news lately for acting too pricey by demanding Rs 1.5 crore for starring opposite Jayam Ravi. While that role has landed into Trisha’s kitty, Kajal finds herself in trouble again as Oru Kal Oru Kannadi actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin has lodged a legal complaint against her.
A little birdie tells us that the diva had accepted a sum of Rs 40 lakhs as advance to play as the female lead in Udhayanidhi’s next flick Nanbenda. But due to prior commitments, Kajal opted out of the film which later on went to Nayantara’s doorsteps. A source revealed that the producer had asked the doe eyed beauty to retain the money, as she was roped in for Stalin’s next film after Nanbenda. But it looks like the actress has opted out of it too.
Now the angry actor-producer wants his money back and has filed a legal complaint at Tamil Film Producers’ Council. While it is unclear if Kajal had refused to return the money, the matters have taken an ugly turn with complaint filed by the producer against the actress. What is baffling to many is why has Udhayanidhi sought for legal help instead of peacefully sorting out the matter by discussing things with Thuppakki star? Watch out for this space for more on Kajal Aggarwal-Udhayanidhi Stalin spat!
