Samantha planning to quit films?

The Anjaan actress hinted that she wished to bid goodbye to films

Director Gautham Menon introduced a fresh face as the female lead in his 2010 hit flick Ye Maaya Chesave. Its been nearly five years since that highly nuanced performance from Samantha in Ye Maaya Chesave and one could surely say that the bubbly diva has carved a niche for herself in shot span of her career.

While all her films seems to be doing a good business at box office, be it in Telugu or Tamil, the actress hinted that she would like to bid farewell to films in her prime rather than leaving the industry without work. While speaking to a news daily, Samantha opined,” I would like to quit when I’m busy acting in multiple projects rather than calling it a day after a few years when I’m left with no projects at all.”

She has said that the idea to stop acting and concentrate on something else has been going on for quite some time now, but she has been unable to take that final decision.Currently, Samantha is the most popular star in Tollywood and Kollywood, with big projects like Vijay’s Kaththi and Vikram’s Pathu Enrathukulla in her kitty.
