The Dookudu star expressed his excitement of working with the ace director for the first time
A lot has been said and heard about superstar Mahesh Babu’s next release Aagadu. Helmed by Srinu Vaitla, the film releasing on September 19, is the most anticipated film of 2014. While the 1:Nenokkadine actor is busy promoting his cop flick, plans are set for his next film with director Kortala Siva. The film starring Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan in the lead is expected to go on floors from October 1.
Talking to the reporters, Mahesh Babu said,” I’m very excited with script narrated by Koratala Siva and I’m looking forward to it. The story has a unique plot line something that I have not done earlier in my career and I would join the sets on October 1.”
It is interesting to note that Mahesh seems to be keen to try out new onscreen pairings as it would be the first time Shruti and Okkadu actor would be seen romancing together. Same is the case with Aagadu , where he is cast opposite Tamannaah for the first time. With Mahesh Babu’s overwhelming fan following and Koratala Siva’s knack of churning out blockbusters, this deadly actor-director combo seems to be gearing up to give a memorable film to the fans.
