In the last episode, we saw Dev(Bhuvnesh Mann) agreeing to marry Durga(Sanjeeda Sheikh). He said that since Shaurya (Vatsal Sheth) had backed out, the family’s reputation was in his hands now and he would marry Durga to save her from facing the society’s malice in the near future. Things took a turn when Durga refused to marry Dev. The same was however an act. Dayal was seen shocked with the news and pretended to have a heart attack. Durga played along and promised Dayal that she would marry Dev for his happiness. The episode ended with Sakshi (Simone Singh) figuring out their fake act.
In the upcoming episode, we will see Durga and Dev performing all the necessary customs of the wedding. Dev will tell Sakshi that she has been like a mother to him and has always looked out for his needs. He will promise to keep her happy and return all the favours by keeping the reputation of the Goenka household intact. Durga will be seen making her official entry into the Goenka mansion.
