Remaking a film is often a really scary thing to do…especially if the original film was a huge hit of it’s times. But most of all, it is the people associated with the original who hate remakes the most! It isn’t really surprising then that Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff are not okay with KJo and Rohit Shetty planning on the Ram Lakhan remake.
Because, the duo are not at all okay with the idea as it was evident in a recent media interview of theirs. Anil Kapoor when asked about it said he wouldn’t like to talk about it at all and Jackie Shroff also talked about how he was too attached to the film and all that. Even Rakhee, the lead of the original wasn’t happy with the idea of a Ram Lakhan remake.So will the likes and dislikes of the original cast affect KJo’s decision?
Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff also talked about how he wouldn’t like to be a part of Ram Lakhan remake for entirely different reasons. Mostly so that there wont be any comparison between the father and son as this is what he was found saying about it, “I don’t think I would want to be a part of it. I don’t want any comparisons with my father. We are two different identities. What he has done, I don’t think I’ll be able to do it. I won’t be able to do justice to such a film.”
