Jeff Franklin’s Full House may return to TV screens!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are unlikely to join the cast

Warner Bros TV is reportedly considering reviving the popular ABC sitcom, Full House. According to the site, John Stamos is spearheading the drive to bring back the TGIF comedy, since the actor has an ownership stake in the series. The show’s creator, Jeff Franklin, as well as its original executive producer, Bob Boyett, are said to be “actively involved,” with Franklin onboard to write the new series. And Stamos isn’t the only cast member interested in returning to his sitcom glory days: his pals and co-stars Bob Saget and Dave Coulier are also “involved in some way,” and Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber are also keen on the idea.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s participation is highly unlikely, since the two traded acting for a career in fashion several years ago.
