The wedding of the stunning diva was quite a star studded affair as a barrage of K-town celebs graced the auspicious occasion


About a month ago, the star studded guest list to Amala Paul-AL Vijay wedding was revealed. Now on the D-day, when the Myna chick married the Thalaiva director, plethora of stars paraded into the wedding hall to bless the wedded couple.

The bride magnificently draped in a red Kanjeevaram saree and the groom wore a white shirt and veshti. The two welcomed the guests and posed with them much to the delight of the shutterbugs. The wedding function at Valliammai Hall in Chennai was attended by stars ranging from big names to lesser known character artists. The highlight of the event was Chiyaan Vikram‘s presence to bless the married couple. The Sethu actor was dressed in simple traditional shirt and dhoti. The favourite Amma of K-town Saranya was also present with her family. Director Bala was spotted in the wedding ceremony and so was actor-director Mano Bala. Actor Abbas got clicked sharing his best wishes to the wedded couple. Character artists like John Vijay of Kalakalappu fame, Panchu Subbu of Boss Engira Baskaran fame also made their presence felt along with their families. Director M Raja with his wife attended the wedding.


Even though the couple had requested for no gifts or flowers, a few guest were spotted carrying gifts and bouquets. With the starlet Amala bidding adieu to silver screen, the celebs seemed to have made it a point to bless the bubbly girl and the director for a happy married life.
