After Aashiqui 2 Shraddha Kapoor has been shooting for some challenging films and one of them is ‘Ek Villain’ which is getting closer to its release date. Besides Shraddha and Siddharth’s intense acting the music of this film by Mithoon has become the talk of the town especially the song ‘Galliyan’ originally sung by Ankit Tiwari. Actress Shraddha Kapoor has recorded an unplugged version of the same song accompanied by Ankit and she has been winning accolades for the same.
It was only few months back when Imtiaz Ali released his ambitious film Highway featuring the young Alia Bhat in lead role who also went behind the mic to croon the number ‘Sooha Saha’ by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman. Alia too won people’s hearts with her voice and proved her mettle as a singer.
Looks like Shraddha Kapoor is all set to prove it to the world that she is no lesser than Alia and even she can sing a nice romantic number and do some intense acting at the same time as well. Recently when Shraddha performed Galliyan Live and Unplugged infront of a large crowd in Mumbai the crowd did go crazy cheering for her.
