The entire Bachchan pariwaar, including Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya, Abhishek and Aaradhya Bachchan had a gala time celebrating the festival of colors, Holi, this year, with his daughter Shweta, in Delhi.
It was double celebrations as Holi coincided with Shweta’s birthday.
“In the Capital and with the entire family … these are the strongest bonds ever .. EVER !!,” Amitabh Bachchan recently posted on Twitter followed by another tweet, “and enjoying the talent of Pharrell .. this music whiz .. this craze .. this popularity I never heard .. kids making fun of me.”
However, the family did not celebrate the festival, as a distant relative passed away recently.
“We do not celebrate it (Holi), again. There have been discomforting news for the year, the passing away of relations distant…it would be disrespectful to be immersed in the colours of abandon and joy when some among us mourn,” Amitabh had posted on his blog Sunday.
The family returned to Mumbai yesterday. Ash was clicked carrying Aaradhya, who is around 2.4 years now. It was refreshing to see the mommy-daughter duo, after a long time. Also, Aaradhya has started to look more and more like her mommy, no?
