Mid-Day, a Mumbai based publication recently relaunched it’s newspaper and on that occasion hosted a grand party, in Mumbai, on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, which was attended by the who-is-who in Bollywood.


Also clicked were Abhishek Bachchan, Farah Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rakesh Roshan, Jitendra, Elli Avram, Anil Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Kangana Ranaut, Ameesha Patel and Sunil Grover.


Among the biggies, superstar Shahrukh Khan was the first to have arrived. The same evening he tweeted his experience: “Too much happiness & graciousness at the Midday party. Good people make you feel good. Thank u all. And Ali Zafar ur ‘har soo’ song rocks.”


It was surprising to see Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan at the bash too. He was at his casual best and all smiles at the camera. The party also saw the evergreen Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek. Amitabh Bachchan wrote in his official blog: “That over, there is the other obligation to rush to the inaugural issue of a revamped newspaper ‘MID DAY’ .. a celebration and a meeting of friends and colleagues… and fooling around with Abhishek as he walks in to the function just as I walk out.”


Joining the bash later was the very stylish Kangana Ranaut, who looked absolutely gorgeous in a TopShop dress. She was one of the top notch stylish Bollywood beauties who soaked the red carpet. A top knot, Dior clutch and black sandals finished out her look. Joining the likes were Deepika, Sonam, Ranveer Singh and others.


Ms Kapoor wore an outfit by Ilk. Zariin earrings and Dhora rings and black accessories that included a Prada clutch finished out her look. She looked every bit of a diva. Ms. Padukone too impressed us in an Ashish Soni dress, metallic gold pumps, turquoise earrings and hot pink lips.
