Here’s some goss about Dharam paaji’s first Punjabi movie as a lead actor
A little birdie tells us that Dharmendra will be playing a double role in his Punjabi film Double Di Trouble. It’s not just Dharmendra who will be seen in dual roles but also Gippy Grewal. The star cast of Double Di Trouble also includes Poonam Dhillon, Minisha Lamba, Kulraj Randhawa and comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi. Now we hear that Dharmendra’s first Punjabi film as the lead actor will hit the theatres on May 30th this year. So what is Double Di Trouble about? Well, the film is a desi version of Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors. The film is being directed by Smeeg Kang and produced by Ashok Ghai under Subhash Ghai’s banner Mukta Arts Ltd.
Well, we hear that the film promises to be a laughter-filled entertainment. We’ll wait and watch if it actually is!
