Sonakshi Sinha’s movie roles = Daal without tadka!

So we are here to draw a comparison between Sonakshi Sinha in R…Rajkumar and Bullet Raja. To be honest is there any difference in any of the roles played by Sonakshi Sinha till date? Okay, agreed Lootera was different, not really different but yea, we can say it is something that she has not done before. But apart from that? Sonakshi Sinha’s movie roles are literally like Daal without tadka! Her filmography on Wikipedia says:

1) Dabangg

2) Rowdy Rathore

3) Joker

4) Son Of Sardar

5) Dabangg 2

6) Lootera

7) Bullet Raja

8) R…Rajkumar

9) Once upon a time in Mumbai 2

To me everything is better read as the typical girl next door role. What the hell? We really don’t see a single difference in any two of the above mentioned films. We think before signing any film Sonakshi Sinha tells the director that she’ll act in the film only if she looks like a simple decent chokri. Whom is she trying to impress? Her future mom-in-law? I was asked to write about the difference in Sonakshi’s roles in Bullet Raja and R…Rajkumar and I realized they are not different, in fact not only these two films but every film of hers shows her in the same light. Damsel in distress, what? Sonakshi can do better than this, we have seen a glimpse of her versatility in Lootera and she definitely has it in her. Then why this plain, boring, stereotypical miss goody two shoes look all the freaking time? Sonakshi Sinha you can do better than this, much better than being an arm candy. Please do something new for a change! Variety is the spice of life babe!
