Shruti Haasan’s sister Akshara to debut opposite Dhanush!

Kamal Haasan’s daughter is all set for her Bollywood debut with ‘big’ stars

A little birdie tells us that Shruti Haasan’s younger sister Akshara Haasan will make her Bollywood debut in R Balki’s next film. Earlier, there were a lot of speculations about Balki’s yet-to-be-titled project’s star cast and now we hear that the film will not only star Akshara but also Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush and Bollywood’s superstar Amitabh Bachchan! Now, that’s some big debut, hai na?

The untitled film’s music composer is Illayaraja. Big B and Illayaraja will be working with R Balki for the third time with this film. They’ve earlier worked together for Paa and Cheeni Kum.

Dhanush is quite excited to work with Balki and Big B, of course. He tweeted, “Yes guys,my next Hindi film is with Balki sir. Very excited and eagerly looking forward to it thanks for all your wishes.” He added another tweet, “Privileged to share screen space with Big B himself.Ecstatic 2 be part of Raja Sir’s musical again. Finally, a chance to work with P.C sir!”

Even Amitabh took to Twitter to confirm being a part of the film. He tweeted, “R Balki me on again for the next film, a unique story as is the norm with him, and working with Dhanush and Akshara Kamal’s daughter.”

Earlier, actors like Jacqueline Fernandez and Jiah Khan’s debut films included Amitabh Bachchan in the star cast. And well, neither of the actors B-town career exactly soared high. So, let’s keep our fingers crossed for Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter, Akshara!
