Rakesh Roshan is quite unhappy with Marathi filmmaker Anup Jagdale's recent act. The director's Marathi movie Bharla Malwat Rakhtaane is being said to be an unofficial remake of Rakesh Roshan's Khoon Bhari Maang (1988).
A notice has been sent to filmmaker Anup for making the film without acquiring the permission of Mr. Roshan. While Roshan claims that his production house is dealing with the legal notice, filmmaker Anup maintains that his film is not aremake of Roshan's film and has even assured to the media that he will soon meet Mr. Roshan to clarify the matter.
Khoon Bhari Maang starred Rekha, Kabir Bedi and Shatrughan Sinha,for which Rekha also bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Actress.
