Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt at Yaariyan trailer launch, the actress Divya Khosla Kumar’s first directorial venture “Yaariyan” at an event, here Thursday.
Divya said: “I am very emotional right now. I always wanted to direct a film and my dream has come true. I was pregnant while shooting for this film and I delivered a baby in the course of it. I hope I succeed with ‘Yaariyan’.”
“Today when I look back I remember one day Gulshanji (late Gulshan Kumar) told me let’s make a musical film and we made ‘Aashiqui’ which was the highest grosser. And later we made ‘Aashiqui 2′ with T-Series which was a money spinner. Now I hope even Divya with her debut film will set a record and I wish her all the best,” the Mahesh Bhatt told reporters
